eValuate is a decision support system that assists servicers, investors and asset managers in analyzing their portfolio. It delivers accurate results---on a real-time basis---for different outcomes, bid pricing and risk metrics. With eValuate you have the ability to approach asset valuation from a risk perspective of the asset, and you have the ability to price based on predictive behavior as well.
The asset can be tracked from bid through acquisition to final disposition. Throughout this entire process, the pricing valuation is dynamically updated, based upon feedback from the field with respect to performance and real estate valuation.

eValuate provides the Business Rules Matrix (BRM) with pre-defined rules, as per the current guidelines. The matrix can be updated on a real time basis to modify or to add new rules to reflect changing market conditions or changes to the investor’s approval criteria.
